NBA Draft night is almost here, so let us take a look at the top 60 prospects in the 2018 draft class.  Plus, an in-depth look at the best player.

Here is my top-60 board for the 2018 NBA Draft. I took the time to watch whatever film I could get ahold of including many YouTube videos until I felt I had a feel for the player. I separated the prospects into tiers. The hardest decision to make was at the top. Luka Doncic and DeAndre Ayton are in a tier of their own, but only one has the highest upside in the draft.

Tier 1

2. Luka Doncic, SF/PG, Real Madrid, Age-19.3

1. DeAndre Ayton, C, Arizona, Age-19.9

Doncic and Ayton have continually swapped for the top spot. Both of them have sky-high upside, but Ayton has the highest ceiling in the draft. If Ayton can develop his 3-point shot from NBA range and be coached up on the defensive end, he has All-NBA written all over him.

Ayton is most likely going number one to the Phoenix Suns, and that means the Sacramento Kings will have the chance to draft Luka Doncic. Hopefully, Sacramento management does the right thing and selects Luka because he is the most fun player in this draft, would fulfill the go-to star player the Kings desperately need and selfishly is my favorite prospect.
