Check out how Sacramento Kings’ fan favorite Jack Cooley has been spending his offseason.

Although the NBA season officially ended not too long ago, the offseason has been happening for the Sacramento Kings for quite a while. Two months to be exact.

During that time, the Kings have been on a rollercoaster. Since their season ended, the Kings have received the second overall pick in the upcoming draft and have scouted and worked out top prospects at their facility.

Yes, Vlade Divac and company have been very busy this summer so far, but so have the players who repped the purple and white this past year.

For the last couple of weeks, A Royal Pain has been writing posts showing how some players on the Kings have been working out this offseason. Some of these guys have been De’Aaron Fox, Harry Giles, and Buddy Hield.

But for this article, we are going to discuss the boss himself, Jack Cooley.

Thanks to Ramsey Nijem, Strength Coach for the Kings, he has released videos to the public showcasing various Kings who have been working out at the team’s facility. In the video listed below, it shows Cooley doing isometric thigh pulls, whatever that is, at what seems to be at a super heavy weight. All I know is, Cooley is beasting out!

Final Thoughts

Right now, it is uncertain whether Cooley will be part of the opening day roster for the Kings. But with that said, his actions are showing he is committed to being the best player he can be.

This is why Kings fans appreciate Cooley. He is not going to the be the guy that leads the Kings back to relevancy, but he is going to leave everything he has on the court and in the gym. His mindset fits the city perfectly.
