Sacramento Kings Ready To Begin 5th Pre-Draft Workout

This article will show who will be present at today’s pre-draft workout hosted by the Sacramento Kings as well as a little information about each guy.

The Sacramento Kings will begin their fifth pre-draft workout today. So without further ado, let us check out who will be participating in the event.

List of Prospects

Kendrick Nunn (Guard/6’3″/184 pounds)

Kendrick Nunn recently finished a breakout season with the Oakland Golden Grizzlies as he averaged 25.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per contest while making 43.5% of his shots from the floor and 39.4% from the perimeter.

Prior to this season, Nunn played with the Illinois Fighting Illini for three years. During that span, he averaged 10.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game while making 42.4% of his shots from the court and 37.9% from three.

Allerik Freeman (Guard/6’3″/210 pounds)

Allerik Freeman spent his first three years of collegiate basketball with the Baylor Bears. During his time at Waco, he averaged 8.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per contest.

This recent season, Freeman played for the North Carolina State Wolfpack where he averaged 16.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game while shooting 38.6% from the floor and 38.5% from the perimeter.

Elijah Stewart (Guard/6’5″/180 pounds)

Elijah Stewart just finished his four-year tenure with the USC Trojans where he averaged 10.2 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per contest while shooting 42.9% from the floor and 39% from beyond the arc.

In his senior year with the Trojans, he contributed 11.7 points, 3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 45.3% from the floor and 39.1% from the three-point line.

Hamidou Diallo (Guard/6’5″/188 pounds)

Hamidou Diallo just concluded his first and final season with the Kentucky Wildcats. During his time in Lexington, he averaged 10 points, 3.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and almost one steal per contest. He also made 42.8% of his shots from the floor and 33.8% from beyond the arc.

Kenrich Williams (Forward/6’7″/205 pounds)

For the last three years, Kenrich Williams played for the Texas Christian Horned Frogs. During that span, he averaged 11 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game while making 48.4% of his shots from the floor and 37.5% from the perimeter.

In his most recent season at TCU, Williams averaged 13.2 points, 9.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 1.8 steals per contest.

Svi Mykhailiuk (Forward/6’8″/191 pounds)

For the last four years, Svi Mykhailiuk was a sharpshooter for the Kansas Jayhawks. During his time in Lawrence, he averaged 8.7 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 42.8% from the floor and 40.9% from the three-point line.

In his most recent season at Kansas, Mykhailiuk averaged 14.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 2.7 assists a contest while making 43.4% of his shots from the court and 44.4% from beyond the arc.

Final Thoughts

Based on the players listed above, it seems like the Kings are still looking at talent that is projected to be selected in the later stages of the draft. Hopefully, during these workouts, someone is able to impress the Kings and be a legit suitor when the team is on the clock at #36.
