Prediction

Golden State Warriors in seven games.  The addition of Kevin Durant just makes the Warriors too strong.  They finally lose a playoff game but survive in an epic series that stands the test of time.

Final Thoughts

There you have it, my NBA Finals preview.  I am excited to watch this series.  It pits the NBA’s two best teams head to head.  Seven of the last eight Most Valuable Player awards feature in this series.  The two teams combined have lost one playoff game this year.  I could keep going on, but I think you get the picture that this is a heavyweight matchup and honestly the only two teams deserving of being in the finals.

It being the third of a trilogy puts some added historical significance on it.  This series is the first time in NBA Finals history both teams have made the series three straight years.  It is truly a battle of the titans.  It is an overused cliché to say tune in because you will be witnessing history, but I genuinely believe this is a series that will make history and be playing on NBA TV during the summer like a Michael Jordan classic does today.  Do not miss the action.
