6. Minnesota Timberwolves- Jonathan Isaac-F- Florida State

Minnesota Timberwolves are building an exciting young team.  They have their star in Karl-Anthony Towns and a core starting five featuring Ricky Rubio, Andrew Wiggins, Gorgui Dieng, and Zach Lavine (if he can return from his torn ACL).  They are picking this high for a reason, though.

Why Jonathan Isaac?

Jonathan Isaac is skyrocketing up draft boards and the rumors have it the Minnesota Timberwolves love him.   Issac has a ton of defensive potential.  That fills a need for the Wolves as they finished 26 in the NBA in defensive rating.  Issac seems like a good fit and another talented high-upside player for Minnesota to build around.

*Minnesota has a 5.3% chance of having the number one overall selection
