After a transition period, the Sacramento Kings are looking like a new majesty and a force to be reckoned with in the National Basketball Association.

Times are changing and the Sacramento Kings are a new majesty. A new majesty that is quickly becoming a force in the NBA. The big trade is old news and the Kings are ready to make waves in the NBA.

The Kings have won two straight games against the Orlando Magics and Phoenix Suns. Coach Joerger has been experimenting with the young talent the Kings have while giving rest to several veteran players. The seasoned players did a great job working with the young guys making plays and, also, putting points on the board. The experiment went maybe even better than expected.

Willie Cauley-Stein had 14 points, 5 assists and 11 rebounds against the Phoenix Suns. Seasoned guard Aaron Affalo also was a leader in scoring, he put 14 points up. The Kings were moving the ball and the big guys: Georgios Papagiannis, Kosta Koufas and Willie Cauley-Stein were rebounding terrifically, recovering points and protecting the rim with 48 total rebounds.

Have a Game Skal LaBissiere

The Suns didn’t know we had a secret weapon and that secret weapon is one big Haitian Skal LaBissiere. Skal has been a tremendous key to Sacramento’s newfound success contributing to the recent wins. Skal had a career high of 32 points, 11 rebounds, 73.3 field goal percentage while playing 29 minutes. He was on fire, laying the hammer down and rebounding the weak stuff.

”I wasn’t surprised at all,” Labissiere said. ”I’m being more aggressive, just thinking about the next play, going after every single board and getting back on defense and helping my teammates. It’s all about effort and the rest will come. They really trusted me out there.”

Below is a highlight video of Skal Labissiere’s big night in case you missed the action.
