It’s official that the Sacramento Kings traded DeMarcus Cousins and Omri Casspi to the New Orleans Pelicans yesterday after the NBA All-Star game concluded.
In exchange for the two Kings, Sacramento will receive Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans, Langston Galloway, a 2017 first-round pick, and a 2017 second-round via the Philadelphia 76ers in return.
When the news came out that Cousins was going to play for New Orleans going forward, many reactions surfaced throughout the social media world, especially from Kings fans.
With that being said, listed down below are some of the reactions that the A Royal Pain team was able to gather up pertaining to the Cousins trade.

@Vivek how are you going to say this is our team yet you compulsively make decisions and are the deciding factor on our best player

Kings are crazy if they think trading cousins just solved all their problems. Plenty of internal issues still need to be addressed.

I’d like to apologize to Celtics fans. Turns out your trade machine ideas were very reasonable.

CONCLUSION
Overall, it seems like most Kings fans are upset about the trade, and it’s understandable. DeMarcus Cousins was no doubt the best player on the Sacramento Kings this season, and losing a guy of his skill set will be hard for the Kings to make up going forward.
But to conclude, I do want to wish Boogie and Omri Casspi the best of luck going forward in their NBA careers and lives. Also, a big welcome to Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans (again), and Langston Galloway on being part of the Sacramento Kings community!
