The Sacramento Kings travel to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers on February 14, 2017.  This article provides a preview of that game from a Kings’ perspective.

The Sacramento Kings head to Staples Center to take on the Los Angeles Lakers in this Valentine’s Day special.  This is the third of four regular-season meetings between these two teams.  They have split the first two meetings.  In the most recent meeting, the Kings defended home court and routed the Lakers 116-92 on December 12th.  Below is a highlight video of that game to refresh your memory on the happenings.

It is worth mentioning that the Kings enter this game on a three-game winning streak.  Last week, the Kings defeated the Boston Celtics, Atlanta Hawks, and New Orleans Pelicans.  They are riding high and playing a fun brand of basketball to watch.  With just two games to go before the All-Star break, the Kings can be riding a huge wave of momentum if they win tonight.

Without further ado, let us proceed to the preview for tonight’s contest between the Sacramento Kings and the Los Angeles Lakers.
