1) WCS Puts The Trill On Zach Randolph: Willie Cauley-Stein’s mix of length and athleticism makes him a scary force for his opponents to deal with. He was able to prove that against the Grizzlies Wednesday night with his victim being Zach Randolph.
With 2 ½ minutes remaining in the first quarter the Kings were trailing 19-23. Marco Belinelli and WCS during this time ran a pick and roll play to perfection that leads Cauley-Stein for an open lane to the rim.
As Cauley-Stein was ready to slam the ball through the rim, Randolph attempted to stop the Kings rookie in his tracks but was unsuccessful. Instead, Cauley-Stein outmuscled Randolph in the air and was able to dunk on the 14-year veteran with two hands.
