3. Sir McLemore’s Royal Slam: The Kings were up 69-55 in the third quarter against the Houston Rockets. With about 8 minutes left in the quarter, Ben McLemore stripped the ball out of James Harden’s hands, which lead to McLemore being ahead of everyone with the basket in front of him. This then lead McLemore to finish the fast break a vicious one-handed slam, so powerful that the net remained on top of the rim afterwards (video here).
This sequence also lead to an altercation between Jason Terry and a Kings fan. Terry was chasing after McLemore in the play, which resulted in Terry running into the baseline of the court where a fan slapped his hand away. This then lead to the fan being escorted out of the arena. It was later found out that the fan ejected from the game was Andrew Rogers, who is DeMarcus Cousins manager (per ESPN).
