4. Game 6 Fiasco Against Lakers: After coming out of a huge Game 5 against the Lakers prior to this game, the Kings were one game from clinching their ticket to the NBA Finals compared to LA’s two.
The Kings had control of the lead throughout most of the game, but the Lakers were able to make a comeback to win the game 106-102, forcing a Game 7. A lot of fans were questioning the officiating of the game, due to many questionable calls that were made to favor the Lakers.
One in particular, with a little over a minutes left in the game the Kings were down by one, and Mike Bibby was called for a foul after taking an elbow to the nose by Kobe Bryant. Like Stephen A. Smith would say: BEYOND BLASPHEMY!
