18. Richmond Wins All-Star MVP: Although the Kings did not win much in the early 90s, they had a scoring stud in Mitch Richmond that fans could watch on a gamely basis. The NBA also noticed how great Richmond was, and decided to select him to play in the 1995 NBA All-Star game (already selected twice before).

On game day, Richmond did Kings fans proud as he did what he is known to do, score. At the end of the game Richmond scored 23 points, while shooting 10/13 from the court and 3/3 from the perimeter (video here). His dominate offensive outing earned him winning the All-Star MVP.
