What This Kings Team Ultimately Needs

We can continue to rundown players and and throw names out there but to be perfectly frank, the team just needs to get players that will buy in.

The Kings need playmaking, defense, shooting, and depth. Now if they can get that from one big trade or signing, that would be amazing. Honestly I would jump for joy if the Kings got Bledsoe, but there are other players out there.

Omri Casspi had a very good season this past year with the Kings and was a key player during their time playing small ball. He would be a nice asset to return in a Kings uniform, he can score and can be a huge spark off the teams bench.

The same could be said about a guy like Bismack Biyombo. He can come and be a relief to either Willie Trill Cauley-Stein or DeMarcus Cousins. He can help protect the rim and is tough guy to bully down in the post. Also if the Kings and Jason Thompson decide to split, Biyombo would be a nice bench replacement.

Regardless of where or how the team gets their needs met, the Kings just need to address what is in front of them. If Vlade and his front office team know what needs to be improved and find ways to address not all but most of their issues, then that’s progress that fans can’t be disappointed with.

Who do you think the Kings should target?
