Power Forward. Arkansas. Bobby Portis. 11. player. 100. Pacers’ president Larry Bird <a href=

12. Utah Jazz

Mar 28, 2015; Cleveland, OH, USA; Notre Dame Fighting Irish guard Jerian Grant (22) dribbles defended by Kentucky Wildcats forward Willie Cauley-Stein (15) in the finals of the midwest regional of the 2015 NCAA Tournament at Quicken Loans Arena. Mandatory Credit: Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

Notre Dame. Jerian Grant. 12. player. 118. Utah has two young point guards, but neither of them have looked great thus far in their careers. The Jazz have pretty talented players at their other four positions, and need a good point guard to compete in the West. Jerian Grant just might be the answer in Salt Lake City.. Point Guard

13. Phoenix Suns

Apr 6, 2015; Indianapolis, IN, USA; Wisconsin Badgers forward Frank Kaminsky (44) shoots the ball against Duke Blue Devils forward Amile Jefferson (21) during the second half in the 2015 NCAA Men

13. player. 66. Frank Kaminsky is older than most prospects at 22, but it’s not like he’s only got a few NBA years left in him. He’s got a complete skillset on both ends of the floor, and he showed he’s up to the task of playing against major competition by dropping 20 points on Towns and Okafor in back to back games in the NCAA Tournament.. Center. Wisconsin. Frank Kaminsky

14. Oklahoma City Thunder

Mar 12, 2015; Kansas City, MO, USA; Kansas Jayhawks guard Kelly Oubre Jr. (12) drives the ball as TCU Horned Frogs center Karviar Shepherd (14) defends during the first round at Sprint Center. Mandatory Credit: Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

The Thunder have a tremendous roster, but they still haven’t secured a good all-around shooting guard since James Harden was traded. Kelly Oubre solves that problem for OKC, and would compete to start against the Thunder’s stable of incomplete shooting guards right away.. Small Forward. Kansas. Kelly Oubre. 14. player. 149

15. Atlanta Hawks (from Brooklyn Nets)

Mar 7, 2015; Austin, TX, USA; Texas Longhorns forward Myles Turner (52) shoots against Kansas State Wildcats forward Thomas Gipson (42) during the first half at the Frank Erwin Special Events Center. Mandatory Credit: Brendan Maloney-USA TODAY Sports

15. player. 125. There is a very real chance that Paul Millsap leaves Atlanta in free agency, and even if Al Horford can slide over to the four spot to replace him Atlanta will still be down a big man. Myles Turner is a talented big who could potentially come in and start for the Hawks if Atlanta cannot find a different center to take Horford’s former spot.. Center. Texas. Myles Turner
