With most player movement this summer now in the books, where do the Sacramento Kings stack up in the Western Conference? Is this the year they finally make the playoffs?

It is the middle of July which means there are almost three months left until the 2019-20 NBA season begins.

This summer has been crazy for the NBA. It started with the Los Angeles Lakers making the huge trade to give up most of their youth in exchange for the services of All-Star big Anthony Davis.

Then when free agency started, the duo of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant decided to take their talents to the Brooklyn Nets and young star D’Angelo Russell got traded to the Golden State Warriors.

Later on, recent champion Kawhi Leonard paired up with the dynamic two-way player Paul George in which they decided to play for the Los Angeles Clippers next season.

And to make the final splash, longtime guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder Russell Westbrook got traded to the Houston Rockets in exchange for Chris Paul which now reunites Westbrook and James Harden since their days with the Thunder.

So much player movement this offseason which has led to the already stacked Western Conference to get even better. Even though the Sacramento Kings and Vlade Divac had a solid summer acquiring talent, what are their chances of finally breaking their playoff drought next year?

Here are my predictions on who the top eight teams will be when the 2019-20 regular season ends next April, and whether the Kings will make the cut.
