NBA Draft Lottery 2017 live stream: How to watch online

The 2017 NBA Draft lottery takes place on May 16.  Today, we will take a look at how to watch the lottery online in case that is your preferred form of viewing.

The NBA Draft lottery is an important night for all fourteen non-playoff teams, but through trades, the Sacramento Kings have a lot riding on tonight.  I wrote about all the potential scenarios here, but the short version is after tonight the Kings could have two top ten picks or be without a first round pick in this draft.  It is a big night for the Sacramento Kings, to say the least.

Today, we will take a look at how to watch the lottery online.

Start Time

The broadcast is supposed to start at 8:30 pm Eastern or 5:30 pm Pacific.  NBA Countdown is on ESPN starting at 7:30 pm.  They will be talking about the lottery and tonight’s playoff contest between the Golden State Warriors and the San Antonio Spurs if you are looking to get a little pregame on that is your ticket.

How to watch

ESPN.com is streaming the lottery on its website.  It will be the same broadcast that you would see on television just at a slight delay.  I have watched through this avenue many times, and the stream always works great.

Final Thoughts

If you are a Sacramento Kings fan, you are going to want to be watching tonight as the drama unfolds.  The Kings will be sweating out tonight’s lottery.  They have the potential to walk away with a franchise-altering haul or absolutely nothing this evening.  It does not get any riskier than that.
