Early Western Conference Playoff Seedings Predictions, Are The Sacramento Kings A Playoff Team?

I know there is a ton of optimism surrounding the Sacramento Kings and the teams potential to be a playoff team this upcoming season. Now I want to believe that just as much as the next guy, but there have been no indications of any team in the Western Conference becoming significantly worse.

In this piece I will be giving an early projections piece on the Western Conference and we will see whether or not this Sacramento Kings team makes the cut. Do not assume just because you are on a Sacramento Kings blog site, that I will automatically put them in, but then again, maybe I will.
