If you watched Ben McLemore’s college highlight film, you’d be made aware that the former Kansas product can throw down some pretty impressive dunks.

Ben McLemore showed off even more skills during his first season with the Kings, especially come All-Star Weekend where he participated in the 2014 Slam Dunk contest and had some of the best dunks of the night. Sadly for McLemore, the newly implemented team-format wasn’t conducive for the Sacramento guard but fans were still treated to an impressive show.

An equally exciting show was put on by the Kansas alum come Saturday night when the shooting guard held his first Sir McLemore Summer Slam charity event.

Held in Lawrence’s Community Building, B-Mac put forth some highlight slams which you can check out below.

McLemore spoke about the event to LJWorld.com.

“I wanted to bring it back because this is home,” McLemore said of Lawrence. “It’s my second home, and I just love it here. The fans, I just loved it here. I had a great time during my time here and I’m glad to be back.”

The Summer Slam raised money for the fight against childhood hunger through Ben McLemore’s All4Kids charity.

Very cool gesture by the Sacramento Kings shooting guard.
