In recent years, the Sacramento Kings have held their training camp in Las Vegas, so it only makes sense the team will continue to participate in the NBA’s annual Summer League, this year being no different.

According to the Sacramento Bee, the Kings will play in the annual tournament which takes place between July 11th through the 15th before teams are seeded and play in the ‘playoff’ which ends with a championship on July 21st.

Each team will play a minimum of five games and the Kings roster is set to include Derrick Williams, Ben McLemore and Ray McCallum in addition to other roster invites.

The Vegas Summer League is the second of the NBA’s two offseason workout programs as the Orlando Summer League (Sacramento will not participate) takes place July 5th to 11th.

In addition to the Summer League schedule, it was also confirmed/announced that the Kings would be taking on the Los Angeles Lakers at the MGM Grand during the October 24th preseason game while Sacramento will also travel Shanghai and Beijing to play the Brooklyn Nets in early October.
