Kings legend Mitch Richmond says Donald Sterling has 'set us all back'

Sacramento Kings legend Mitch Richmond never played for the Los Angeles Clippers nor for Donald Sterling, but that doesn’t change his stance that Sterling has ‘set us all back’.

The former Warrior and Kings great blasted Sterling on Twitter earlier today, suggesting that he should no longer own a team.

Donald sterling has set us all back it doesn’t matter what color you are black, white, green , or purple. He should not own a team. #gottogo

It’s a sentiment shared by many including Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant and NBA icon Magic Johnson, who Sterling’s alleged rant was initially sparked by.

Hard to disagree with such an opinion and I’m sure it’s rather justified for many who, despite this being the first major public outcry, have felt the wrath of Sterling and his horrific attitude/choices for years previously – both in and out of basketball.
