Bomb searching dog distracted by Sacramento Kings dance team

As is protocol before every sporting event, police officers and their trained dogs go through sporting venues in effort to make sure the structure is safe of any harmful objects, namely explosive devices.

It’s a routine process at Sleep Train Arena, but things got a little hilarious when a Sacramento Sheriff bomb sniffing dog came across the Sacramento Kings dance team.

Going through the rounds, the dog presumably came across the ladies as he searched their locker room and it was love at first sight – for both sides.

After what would be assumed hefty petting and mass amounts of hugs, the dog could be seen enjoying life, rolling around with the ladies on the floor before he got back to duty.

Needless to say, looks like he had a pretty good day at work – as did the ladies of the Sacramento Kings dance squad.

The bomb searching dog got a little distracted when he came into the locker room this morning. #canwekeephim #skdteamdog #kingsdancers #foreverpurple
