Hawks F Kyle Korver takes unintended shot at Sacramento Kings defense

Nobody is happy with the Sacramento Kings defense recently. Head coach Michael Malone certainly isn’t thrilled. Fans? Yeah, we’re annoyed too. Even the players are frustrated – well – not all players, especially on the opposing roster.

As the Atlanta Hawks downed the Kings on Wednesday night, they were lead by sharpshooter Kyle Korver who unleashed eight (yes, eight) three-point baskets en route to a season high, 28 point night.

Keep in mind, this is the same Korver who is averaging 13 points on the season and had only knocked down five three point shots (or more) in a game three times this season.

When pressed about his hot shooting, the Creighton product dropped (what appears to be) an unintended shot at the Kings woeful defense:

Kyle Korver: “I got a lot of really good looks tonight. I don’t usually get that many.”

Korver wasn’t the only hot shooting member of the Hawks, much of it due in part to the Kings non-existent defense throughout the night.

Certainly not the type of praise your looking for from the competition.
