It looks like Adidas has a new face – actually a handful as the shoe and apparel company locked up deals with five members of the 2013 NBA Draft, including Sacramento Kings guard Ben McLemore.
McLemore will join Steven Adams, Shabazz Muhammad, Tony Snell, Tim Hardaway Jr., Erik Murphy and Peyton Siva as the newest members of the Adidas family.
Per the three stripes:
“Each of these young players have demonstrated the work ethic, passion and attitude that make them a perfect fit for the adidas brand,” said Chris Grancio, adidas head of global basketball sports marketing. “Their outstanding talent level gives them the potential to make an immediate impact in the league and we’re excited to partner with them to continue to develop new innovative products and to grow our brand and business.”
The Kings rookie is expected to be featured in print advertisements and might find his way into a commercial or two in the future.
