Sacramento Kings point guard Isaiah Thomas was back in his home state this weekend participating in the Jamal Crawford Pro Am.
Thomas was one of many NBA players who took part in the Seattle-based game, but nobody grabbed the spotlight as much as the Kings pint-sized point who dropped 49 points in the exhibition.
Lighting up the competition, Isaiah displayed a wide arsenal of moves, both in and out of the paint. From knee buckling crossovers to transition three pointers, the Sacramento fan favorite had it all working.
Thomas, given his talent and relatively small salary has been the subject of trade rumors this offseason as he’s the perfect complimentary piece in a move, though it seems as if the Kings’ new front office is content keeping the former Huskie in purple and black – a welcome idea to most fans in the Kingdom.
