After reports surfaced from extremely reliable sources that the Kings were on the verge of being sold (or in some cases, had been sold) to the Chris Hansen led group, it appears now that the Maloof’s rejected the offer:

I don’t even have the words. The Maloof’s, who have had no shame in their game when it comes to backing out of deals in the last minute, apparently may have done so again – sending the blood pressure of two potential fan bases into dangerous territories.
