Kings' Terrence Williams Drawing Interest From Suns And Pistons

Terrence Williams‘ situation has been put to the back burner in favor of Jason Thompson (and potentially Ryan Anderson), but assuming the Kings want to keep the young swingman, they may need to pick up the pace.

Hoopsworld is reporting that the Detroit Pistons and Phoenix Suns are expressing interest in the Louisville product:

Unrestricted free agent Terrence Williams has received interest from the Sacramento Kings, Detroit Pistons and Phoenix Suns, according to sources close to the situation. Williams, who averaged 8.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists last season with the Kings, is weighing his options.

The Piston roster is near capacity, so, it’s tough to see how Williams would fit into their plans but the Suns are in need of small forward with only Jared Dudley on the roster and could attempt to play vulture to the Kings.
