Video - Sacramento Kings Interview And Workout With UConn's Andre Drummond

Despite having the fifth pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, the Kings haven’t had the opportunity to workout a potential top five pick in their first few workouts. Today though, that changed, as the Kings brought in UConn’s Andre Drummond for a (almost) solo workout.

Like a number of other highly ranked picks, solo workouts are the way to go thanks to agents (no place to go but down, in their mind), so the Kings didn’t get an opportunity to see the chiseled big man in any game scenario action but they did pair him against 6-9 Jerrod Jones of Ball State (two completely different talent levels).

Drummond is certainly the make or break prospect of the draft and it’s not even a sure thing he’ll last until the fifth pick, but his potential has some King fans salivating while others are shying away from the perceived questionable work ethic.

Here is the A Royal Pain draft profile of Andre Drummond.
