DeMarcus Cousins Lighting Up Rec League's In DC

DCuz has spent the majority of his off-season playing in rec leagues around the country, most predominantly in the Washington DC area where Cousins’ personal trainer Keith Williams makes his home. Williams, who has also worked with players such as Kevin Durant, Gilbert Arenas, Caron Butler and Ty Lawson has helped Cousins not only this off-season, but prior to the NBA Draft and during his rookie campaign as well.

Cousins, who is expected to play for the Goodman league during tilts versus the Indy Pro-Am and Rucker Park squads later this month will also be taking part in a contest this afternoon at Calvin Coolidge High School in DC which will feature other notable talent like Kevin Durant and Cousin’s buddy and Washington Wizards stud, John Wall.
