So, I awoke to the news this morning that Tim Lincecum has a blister on his pitching hand. Fantastic.
Drowning my sorrows, I skip on over to Yahoo to read the Lakers/Kings game recap (thanks to the FANTASTIC TV coverage we all got to watch…….) and I see that Tyreke Evans not only twisted his right ankle in the first half of last nights tilt versus the Lakers in Vegas, but, twisted his LEFT ankle in the second half. Yeah, I kid you not. Even more frightening was Evans admission that it “happens all the time”.
“I twisted my right (ankle) in the first half and the left one in the second half,” Evans said. “The left one hurts me more. It seems to happen to me all the time.”
I don’t know about you, but if this “happens all the time”, I say we have minor issue here. In fact, I’m already getting a patent on my new bubble sneakers. They’re very George Jetson like. Hopefully they go over better than my bubble prosthetic penis invention. I really don’t get it. Who wouldn’t want one of those things?!?!?!?
