/cue Boyz II Men theme music…
There has been no shortage of an overhaul in the Kingdom this off-season. The revamped Kings look promising, but, it wasn’t without the expense of some long tenured/fan favorite Kings.
Gone is the gritty chucker alcoholic Andres Nocioni.
Departed is the politic loving marshmallow Spencer Hawes.
Jon Brockman will now not only be shooting Bucks, he’ll be playing for them.
Multiple other Kings also went the way of the wind this off-season (and even during the season), but I won’t list them for my fingers aren’t skilled enough to type that many letters and/or I’m just lazy. You pick.
Hint, it’s number two. And crap, now I just spent more energy typing that explanation. *shakes fist* DAMN YOU INTERNET! YOU CAPTURE VICTORY YET AGAIN FROM THE JAWS OF DEFEAT! BUT I SHALL CONQUER THEE DAY!
You’ll notice I’ve left off Kevin Martin – for two reasons. One, he’d most likely win this in a blowout simply off sentimental reasoning and two? Well, um, I don’t have a two. So, let’s just pretend we never had this little conversation while I ride off into the sunset like the genuine basketball cowboy I am. And if you’re wondering what a genuine basketball cowboy is, well, you’ve already missed the boat. Or the cow. Or the horse. Yea, the horse. Yeehaw. Cowbells and shit. Clank, clank. Wait, clank, clank? I thought we got rid of Andres?! Son of a bitch – that Argentinian asshole always tries to ruin my day.
Who will you miss most as the 2010-2011 season tips off?
Fine print: Yes, I understand Ime Udoka isn’t “gone officially”. Stop the hate mail.
