Casspi Out With Injury – Kings have National TV Game

This Is A Tank. You Make The Call...

Well, good news for those of you who don’t have League Pass and aren’t in the Sacramento area. For only the third time this season, the Kings will play on national television, if you consider NBATV national television.

The Kings and Spurs game was voted on by the fans as the game to watch this coming Tuesday, so, if you don’t get to watch many King games – enjoy!

However, if you’re an Omri Casspi fan, you might be disappointed as it’s questionable if he’ll play. Where he wont be playing is tonight at Arco Arena versus the Portland Trailblazers. Omri is apparently out with a bad ankle….which, could very well be legit, but…it is getting to the point in the season where a minor injury is a major injury for a team fighting for lotto position. Get a hangnail and you might find yourself in a suit…

Anybody see the injuries the Pistons claimed last night (who the Kings are fighting for in draft position)? I rest my case.

Also of note, for those who don’t know, Spencer Hawes has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to his troublesome knee. Now, I’m not one to get overly concerned when it comes to nagging injuries, but, knees are unique and Spencer has long had issues with them. Can’t say I’m all that thrilled with the news of another knee injury.
