What the hell are the NBA Latino Power Ranks? And why am I just learning of this spicy confection now?!

Um, either way – our very own Argentinian terror Andres Nocioni and Dominican Destructor Francisco Garcia made the top 12 list in the most recent NBA Latino Ranks. Though, in all honesty, I’m not sure how great that is…considering there are what, 12 Latino guys in the NBA? Either way…

Also? Where are the other lists? Does the white-boy list not make it past the PR department?
