Kings Contact Hedo – Boozer To Kings?

Not a lot of time right now as I’m currently fighting dinosaurs attempting to take over the city, but I wanted to pass along a few chocolate nuggets of wisdom.
First, per the Orlando Sentenial, the Kings were one of five teams to contact Hedo Turkoglu last night. This makes my basketball penis (which is large mind you) unhappy, unless it’s a S&T…which – still eh.
Second, per Sactown Royalty, the idea of a Kenny Thomas for Carlos Boozer deal is starting to gain steam. Utah wanted Boozer to stick around like I want my herpes around, but I guess some good things just never go away. Anyway – with Okur opting into his contract (which was unexpected) and Paul Millsap asking for 10 million a year, Boozer’s added 12 million dollar contract has put the Jazz in salary cap hell and they need to get out – quickly. Utah saves around 4 million dollars this year, and with the Kings around 7 million under the cap they can absorb the extra 4 million dollars in Boozer’s contract. It’s something to think about.
